CrossFit

Our CrossFit classes are designed to prepare you for the unknown and unknowable. By training across multiple disciplines—weightlifting, gymnastics, and endurance—you build a broad and well-rounded fitness. The combination of constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity develops strength, speed, agility, and resilience. Weightlifting

Our weightlifting program at Bird Dog CrossFit focuses on developing strength, power, and precision through the Olympic lifts—the clean and jerk and the snatch. Whether you're new to lifting or refining your technique, our coaching emphasizes movement efficiency, speed, and explosiveness. By mastering these complex lifts, you’ll build strength that carries over to CrossFit, sports, and everyday life, all in a supportive and structured training environment.

Legends

Our Legends class at Bird Dog CrossFit is designed for adults 50+ who want to stay strong, active, and independent. This program focuses on functional movements, strength training, and cardiovascular fitness in a safe, supportive environment. Every workout is coach-led and scalable, ensuring all fitness levels can participate and progress. Beyond fitness, Legends offers a welcoming community where members connect, challenge themselves, and build lifelong health.

CrossFit Kids

Our CrossFit Kids program at Bird Dog CrossFit is all about building a foundation of fitness in a fun and engaging environment. Through age-appropriate workouts that include running, jumping, bodyweight movements, and light resistance training, kids develop strength, coordination, and confidence. Our focus is on teaching proper movement mechanics, fostering a love for physical activity, and building teamwork skills—all while having a blast. Whether your child is looking to enhance their athleticism or simply stay active, CrossFit Kids is the perfect way to set them up for a lifetime of health and fitness!

Aerobic Capacity

Our Aerobic Capacity classes at Bird Dog CrossFit are designed to improve endurance, stamina, and overall conditioning. Through structured intervals of running, rowing, biking, and bodyweight movements, you'll build your VO2 max, increase your lactate threshold, and develop the ability to sustain higher intensities for longer periods.
