200 hour Yoga Alliance RYT
Colorado State University (GO RAMS!!)
Born and raised in Colorado, my “athletic” career began early around age 2. I was a competitive dancer – on my studios competition team, my high school/college poms teams, as well as a professional team in Denver for 2 years.
During my victory lap in college, I began my coaching career as the Poms/dance coach at the United States Air Force Academy, and later moved to South Carolina where I had the unique opportunity to start a competitive dance team for a small private college. During my tenure in SC, my team earned multiple regional and collegiate national titles, but missing home, I eventually made the move back to Colorado to coach my high school team (Ponderosa HS), and earn my 200 hour yoga teacher certification. I ended up stepping away from coaching/teaching to focus on my career, but quickly realized how much I missed and needed both coaching and competition back in my life. I was introduced to CrossFit in late 2021, and fell in love with the sport and competitive atmosphere as well as the amazing community.
When I’m not working or working out, you can find me hanging out with my Bird Dog Bo, spending time with my family, traveling, skiing, eating, or at Broncos and Avs games!!
